Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between “ICTGenesis”  (referred to as “the Agency”) and the client (referred to as “the Client”). By engaging our services, the Client agrees to abide by these terms.

2.Service Booking and Payment

2.1 Service Confirmation:

To confirm and book a service, the Client is required to pay a 50% deposit of the total service cost. This deposit reserves the Client’s place in the service queue and initiates the service process.

2.2 Balance Payment:

The remaining 50% of the service cost is payable upon the Client’s satisfaction with the service delivery. The Agency will provide the Client with proof of service completion before requesting the final payment.

3. Scope of Services

The Agency will provide digital marketing and IT support services as agreed upon with the Client. The scope of services will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal. Any changes or additions to the scope of services will be subject to a written agreement between the Client and the Agency.

4.Service Delivery

The Agency is committed to delivering services with professionalism and expertise. Service timelines and milestones will be communicated to the Client and adhered to as closely as possible, with allowances for unforeseen circumstances.

5.Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide any necessary information, access, or materials required for the provision of services by the Agency. Delays or issues caused by a lack of cooperation from the Client may affect service delivery timelines.

6.Payment Terms

Invoices for the 50% deposit and final 50% payment will be issued by the Agency. Payment is due within [insert payment period] of invoice receipt. Late payments may be subject to late fees or interest charges as specified in the invoice.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of services must be communicated in writing to the Agency. If a service is cancelled by the Client before service commencement, any deposit paid will be subject to a cancellation fee.

No refunds will be provided for services already rendered by the Agency.

8. Confidentiality

Both the Client and the Agency agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Termination terms, including any refunds or additional costs, will be that of the client’s liability.

10. Liability

The Agency will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data or revenue, arising from service provision.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, and any disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction’s legal framework.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

The Agency reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions.
